Title: Home Recipes: Summer Fruit and Mixed Greens

8cSalad greens, torn
2cStrawberries, sliced
3 Kiwifruit, coarsley chopped
1 Avocado, bite-size pieces
2cFresh blueberries
POPPY SEED DRESSING
1/3cOlive oil
3tbMalt or cider vinegar
1 1/2tsPoppy seeds
1tsGranulated sugar, or honey
1/4tsPepper

In a large bowl, arrange greens, strawberries, kiwifruit and avocado.

Poppy Seed Dressing: in small bowl, whisk together oil, vinegar, poppy seeds, sugar and pepper.

Pour dressing over lettuce mixture and toss. Sprinkle blueberries over top
